BLACK BOX PROJECTBLINK | AN ONLINE, MULTIPLAYER GAME
Experimenter Labs presents Blink, an online, collaborative multiplayer game—a Black Box project, envisioned by artists Zahra Yazdani (Iran) and Ashish Sahoo (India). Blink attempts to engage players from across the world to create dialogue utilizing materials of online conversations: texts, still and moving images.
On Blink's game platform, the participants go through multiple rounds of visual and textual interactions with each other. The outline of the game is inspired by the card game, Dixit, created by Jean-Louis Roubira and published by Libellud in 2008. At the conclusion of each round of the game, visuals arising out of the online interactions will be publicly accessible online. All works created by the participants during the course of the game will be archived in the form of an online exhibition.
